Amanda is a recent graduate of Quinnipiac University, where she covered Division I sports. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Journalism and a minor in Sports Studies. She has lived in Port Washington her whole life and grew up playing sports in local PYA, PAL and CYO organizations. She went to Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Syosset where she continued playing basketball, volleyball and badminton throughout high school.
