I am a lifelong resident of Suffolk County.  I grew up in Bay Shore and now reside in Ronkonkoma with my wife Maria and two sons.  I take great pride in being an active member of the community and have coached little league and travel baseball for many years.  Being able to teach the fundamentals of the game and encourage leadership and commitment brings me great joy.  I am a dedicated and loyal individual with a firm belief that every person should be treated with honesty and respect.

Several months ago, I reached out to Fred Grieve for his help. My mom, who had done a reverse mortgage several years earlier, was out of money and needed to sell her house. Fred immediately contacted my mom and brother and after a few visits, suggestions and discussions, Fred put my Mom’s house on the market. Within a month, a potential buyer was found and ultimately, this buyer purchased my Mom’s house at 85 Toronto Ave. in Massapequa. Throughout the process, he explained things to my mom in a way that was clear to her and she was very comfortable with him. Subsequently, my mom was placed in a nursing home and her house was sold. Fred was at the closing and has since followed up with me on more than one occasion to see how my mom is doing.

I have always known Fred to be a stand-up person who is honest, fair, very likeable, trustworthy and responsible. My mom was very lucky to have him by her side throughout a very difficult process and time in her life. I would, and have already recommended other people to Fred and will continue to do so.
