No. 1 Massapequa (15-0) defeated No. 2 Baldwin (11-4) for the Nassau County Class AA championship 3-0 in straight sets (25-15, 25-13, 25-20). The title is the 14th straight Nassau County Championship for the girls program according to head coach Carol Ann Habeeb. Massapequa advances to the Long Island Championship on Saturday 11/9 at 6pm at St. Joseph’s College.
