Cops: Four Men Rob Sunrise Mall Donation Bin
The men were leaving the shopping center's parking lot when they were arrested.
Nassau County police on Tuesday night said four men were arrested for removing clothing from a donation bin in the Sunrise Mall parking lot.
Cops said Juan A. Zarzuela, 19, of Amityville, Josue Rivera, 18 and Edenilson Rivera, 18, both of Lindenhurst and Julio Cesar-Erazo-Gonzalez, 23, had put the clothing into a Dodge Van and began to exit the parking lot when officers conducted a traffic stop and placed the four men under arrest.
All four defendants are charged with Grand Larceny 4th degree. Josue Rivera and Zarzuela are also charged with Possession of Burglar Tools. They will all be arraigned on Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
