The Oyster Bay Town Board has named Michele Johnson to a vacant seat on the board.
Johnson, of Locust Valley, was a surprise choice at Tuesday's meeting. An attorney, Johnson, 38, is a graduate of New York University Law School. She is married to Randy Johnson, and together they have three children.
